Look at the attached screenshot. Submit and preview buttons are not displayed properly when it comes after collapsed field.

I fixed this problem and do some little changes making theme look better (border from 1st column fix).
Also fixed regions declaring and header-region position (issue http://drupal.org/node/266199).

To apply these changes you should replace 3 files in your theme directory from zip-archive attached to this post.
