Wow
Nice work, but I'd recommend disabling the iframe on the front page (or replace it with a static .png), trying to load that map locks up my browser for a good 10 seconds.

I agree with John on both points and only wish to add that this post also makes the front page of drupal.org unbearable. Please add a

Hi Kieran,
That's a nice visual presentation.
The Israeli activity around Drupal is not centered in g.d.o., but rather in http://drupal.org.il, where we have ~1050 members.
The Israeli g.d.o. group is not really active.

Might be good to make a note of that on the group mission
I don't read Hebrew, but the orange part at http://groups.drupal.org/israel doesn't show any links. Would be a shame for someone to go there and then leave with the impression that there's an inactive group in Israel.
If you give me some text, I'd be happy to copy/paste it into there for you.
29 users?
Drupal Россия (Russian Drupal) community works from 2004 and have ~10000 registered accounts on this time. There is some other Russian sites behind drupal.ru: drupaler.ru, drupaldance.com, drupalcon.ru and others. I don't know how much drupallers in Russia really, but think this number is slightly different from numbers on this map (29 users for all Russia :). Probably, more Russian-spoken users used drupal.ru and their presence on groups.drupal.org is minimal...

Drupal in Russia
29 users in Russia? ^)))
29 users in Russia? ^))) It's ridiculous. Absurd rating, nothing in common with reality.
Get real!
Have you actually read this post – asking for contribution and collaboration on data?
If you are a user in Russia, but you are not a member of the Russia group on g.d.o; you don’t get counted.
If you are a member of another group, then this is your chance to get on the map!
This is not the number of users in Russia, neither is it a rating – it’s the number of members of the Russia group on g.d.o (now 34).

It’s in the detaιls…
I mean this count
Well, I mean this count substantially mismatches size of the Drupal users community in Russia.
