A syntax error in the keys_api.module file is mucking up the display. Line 59 is written as:
'#value' => "<div id='keys_table'>".keys_manage_get_keys()."</dib>",

and should be:
'#value' => "<div id='keys_table'>".keys_manage_get_keys()."</div>",
