Keys

This module provides management of API Keys for different modules. Keys API also allows developers who work on local copies of a site, to access the API key needed for their particular computer. For instance, Google Maps' keys work only for the domain name they are assigned to, with Keys API you can save a Google Maps API key for your local machine. If the module that uses that key uses Keys API module, the correct Key will be returned.

NOTE: Keys module has changed it's short project name from 'keys_api' to 'keys'. When upgrading to this new short project name be sure to uninstall fully then install the new version with the short project name. Make sure to note the API keys as you will need to re-enter them. You can tell if you need to reinstall if the package you download begins with 'keys' instead of 'keys_api' and your currently installed module folder is named 'keys_api'.

NOTE FOR DEVELOPERS: You should only need to change any dependencies for 'keys_api' to 'keys' if you are utilizing the version 2 API.
