Wrong link title under /node/add

Description

The title for the URL node/add/project-release is "Submit Project release", when it should be "Project release".
The URL title should be changed for consistence with the other URLs Drupal uses.

Yeah, I noticed that before but I think I forgot to submit an issue about it. This does the trick. Anyone care to review/test before I commit?
