Caching mechanism

Vocabindex 6.x-2.x-dev now features a more advanced caching system than the previous dev version. All lists are now cached and there's the possibility to cache the entire list including markup, which I have called Aggressive caching. Aggressive caching will save you space in your DB and Drupal doesn't need to execute the template files every time the list is being displayed. The option is disabled by default as it can cause unexpected side-effects if people don't know about it, especially on test sites where the template files may be subject to change.
