If i activate the i18n content types Modul, i get a user warning: Unknown column 'FALSE' in 'where clause' query...

Yesterday i update the i18n from ver. 5.x-2 to 5.x-2.3. Before i copyed the files to the modul path i deactiveded the i18n moduls.
But after the tranfer of the new version to the modul path was finished i tryed to activate all the i18n moduls again.

After i pressed the apply button i get a white page with only this error message:

Warning: Unknown column 'FALSE' in 'where clause' query: SELECT nt.type, nt.* FROM node_type nt WHERE (FALSE) ORDER BY nt.type ASC in .../includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172

I deactivet some i18n moduls and find out that this error only comes if i activate the "i18n - content types" modul.

How can help me please!
