Implement following features:

1. Admin checkbox to enable anti plaigarism controls
2. Disable right clicking. Granted this is not an excellent security solution, but not everyone who will be taking quizzes via the module will be able to disable JavaScript, etc.
3. Prevent text selection. Prevent users from selecting text on the page and copying it.
4. Disable printing. Use CSS to disable the users' ability to print the test.

Rob, this one is yours.

Setting priority to minor. This was an add-on feature to the original spec and is the only task which I consider 'optional' in terms of completing the SoC project requirements. Only work on this when all other tasks are done.
