The maintainer suggests such a feature in the scheduler module instead, so here is the feature request.

you should be able to achieve a delayed send by just setting the tiem you wish to send at, although the module still needs to know you only want to send this once

Could this module prevent the main module from sending whenever something is scheduled for delay, with no changes needed in the other?
