Site Migration & Bulk Node Creation

We have 2 development tasks in need of attention.

1) Site migration. Full site migration from proprietary CMS to Drupal 5.7. Should be fairly strait forward as all data is available in the existing database to satisfy Drupal. There is only one content type and this can be configured using CCK with a few additional text fields. No images. Approx 21000 nodes & 160 categories. Full brief available on request.

2) Node import script / bulk node creation. Site is using Node Relativity, we need a script to bulk generate child nodes for a parent from an Excel or CSV file. Drupal 5.7. Modifications to Node Import module would be acceptable (AFAIK Node Import does not support creation of child nodes using Node Relativity).

Both tasks are marked as urgent and top rates will be paid for quality work.
