Is there any possibility to resend a newsletter?

after sending a newsletter, it is marked as "this newsletter has been sent" and I can't figure out how ro resend it...

I see it, thks.

But if i would like to send a newsletter right away for the user, authenticated or anonymous, who have just confirmed his subscription how can I do it? I didn't see any trigger for this event.

This adds triggers to subscribing and unsubscribing individuals.
