Incorrect date output in the autologout block

I'm trying to use the autologout module without the CountDownTimer module. I'm having a problem with the output of the time in the autologout block. This output is set to : current_time + timeout_value +0200. The problem is with the "0200" because in administer -> site configuration, I have: default TZ = hh:mm +0100 (and "configurable TZ" disabled).
