I've looked through the issues and see lots of people having problems with the browse button not showing up. None of the solutions in said issues seem to work here though.

I have tested this in ie6, ie7, firefox2, and firefox 3 - ONLY firefox 3 is not working, the button simply does not display. Any suggestions?
