the casetracker_mail module only looks at the 'References' header when determining whether an incoming email should be added as a comment to an existing case. (Some email clients only populate the In-Reply-To header.) This patch seems to fix the issue for me.

jmiccolis commentedI've just removed CT mail from the Casetracker suite. My intention is to replace it with a messaging and notifications module that extends what you can already do with those modules and mail_comment. As this issue no longer applies to Case Tracker I'm setting it to "won't fix".
