From this posting, http://drupal.org/node/275433, we see that une has a way with words. When one walks through his replies under their tracker http://drupal.org/user/305722/track I find he tends to post less than helpful responses. Not sure what should be done about folks like this though.

I have noticed an annoying user posting rude and vulgar posts on many support requests. The user is 'une' and his acct # 305722. You can check out what I'm talking about on his tracker page http://drupal.org/user/305722/track.

Agreed. This account is now blocked. I leave this active because a temporary block seems appropriate to me but 1) I don't know how long it should be 2) I'd like some other opinions on temporary vs. permanent.

I think we shouldn't invest that much time to discuss the blocking of a user.

1) Block
2) If user complains, unblock.

This has worked well in the past.

The only problem is that it is hard to find out who blocked a user and why.
