Use catchall email and map address to group, type or category

This would really take mailhandler to the next level... it would replace og2list for example, with more flexibility

Basically we could use a wildcard catchall email address, check it via imap, and map to groups, types or categories based on the address.... mygroupname@example.com goes directly into that group without need for difficult user commands... this would effectively end my need to run og2list and I could keep everything on my cheap shared host....

Next stages could allow admins to setup channels for types and categories based on the address and define what happens in each case.
