I need using Project without release directory: when i try to add new release, i get a blank page.
I try to use Project 4.5 and worked, but only with drupal 4.5.0.
I would want Project 4.6 end Drupal 4.6.2: how I can make?

Manually adding project releases is what the "new" release system is all about. If you use 4.7.x-2.* or 5.x-*, this will be resolved.
