This patch adds code from user hamoid at http://codylindley.com/thickboxforum/comments.php?DiscussionID=256&page=... that will preload next and previous images with Thickbox.

This is a feature I have missed in Thickbox. I'm running it at my own site and it seems to be working. More tests on other sites and with different browsers are needed to make sure it works well.
