Display Image assist on text areas is there at admin/settings/img_assist, but if you choose the 'Show on every textarea except the listed textareas.' or 'Show on only the listed textareas.' options, there is no text area to enter in the listed textareas.

I'm not a huge fan of the way IA hides these textareas. How about showing them all the time, and if that's a problem, hide/show them with JS.
