Innovation News 1.3 fixes a bug in Edition Viewer and fixes some formatting issues in the Edition Viewer XML.
The Edition Viewer bug related to the display of editions. The Edition Viewer page (/editionviewer) would erroneously report that an edition was empty even when the edition clearly did have content.
The Edition Viewer XML has also been modified so that the story's content text is no longer wrapped. This function introduced some minor problems, and presumably could cause problems when the XML file is being imported.

Release notes
Beta 4 provides bug fixes and feature enhancements over previous Betas. Beta 4 includes all updates which were meant to be included in Betas 2 and 3. Beta 2 and Beta 3 were committed incorrectly (I'm still learning CVS, sorry for the inconvenience) and thus did not include all of the updates which they should have. But rest assured, this Beta 4 has been released correctly. It is the most up-to-date stable package of Innovation News and contains all of the features which have been developed to date.
This release is, for the most part, very stable and bug-free. I could not imagine that you would run into any major problems using this release. That being said, it is still a beta release and so I would rather not go on the record recommending it for production use.
A release candidate will be next. The release candidate may or may not include a new module. If it does not, the new module will be available as a separate package.
