Creating a newsletter with custom sender address currently requires two steps. 1. Create new newsletter (admin > content > newsletter > newsletters > add) and 2. edit the newsletter and set the custom address.
The custom newsletter settings are not present in the add form and are therefore not very visible.

The attached patch changes this. It opens better opportunities for more newsletter specific settings (like selectable opt-in/opt-out, selectable confirmation emails, etc.)
Patch is committed to head and 6.x-1.x-dev.
