While an edit tab shows up fine for the administrator, "joeuser" with create quiz privileges can't edit any quiz settings after creating one. Other nodes seem to have this feature, so I'm not sure exactly what the problem is off-hand but I'll keep looking.

Well that was dumb. :P I had put a check for 'edit' in quiz_access, not 'update'. Thanks, UnConeD!
