When I go to Administer > Plugin Manager > Overview, there are no modules listed to install. Just themes. I do have my php.ini file set to allow opening URLs as files. My host is DreamHost. They use some sort of Debian Linux with Apache 2/PHP 5.2/MySQL 5.
