Issue Summary
Hi...I would like the files added by users to get uploaded to relevant folders based on the taxonomy selected when the file is posted
.And dont want to give users personal folders or access to IMCE.I just like to know whether the files can be put under different folders without the users having to do it.So that in the future when the site needs reorganizing it the content will be neatly arranged in folders in the webserver.

What about this functionality for D7?

IMCE usually is not aware of the context that is being used. Custom usage of IMCE is up to the application that calls IMCE as a file browser. File field sources is an example.
This feature doesn't seem to belong to IMCE core.
