Greetings,
I've been working on this for days now but I just can't figure out how to translate the primary links. If you go to this site, you can see that everything translates fine except for the primary links at the top.
I tried translating the strings (see screenshot), but this doesn't seem to do anything. Then I tried the language dropdown button on the menu item screen (see other screenshot), but it seems to be broke.
I would circumvent the problem by creating different block containing the links, but these are hard to theme unlike the primary links in the header region.
So anybody knows of a solution? That would be mighty fine :)
thanks in advance for your help,
paddes

Zarevac commentedHi,
Yes that part doest work. From what I have read from other threads people are working on it but thus far there has been no fix. Which is a shame. I dont understand this mod was ready for 6.x when 6.x came out. It looks like this mod is used a lot. I dont know enough about Drupal yet to go fix this myself but I am patiently waiting for those hard workers that are working on the problem.

Alan Oliveira commentedi usually replicate the current primary links i have and change the language and the node to point to another page example:
Product -- portuguese -- node/1
Product -- english -- node/127
it works pretty fine for me so far, when i click on portuguese language switcher, the english menu is not showed

paddes commentedHi and thanks for the clarification,
I thought it was a problem with my configuration but now I know at least that it doesn't work yet. I am grateful for this module and it translates the content just fine. But even if it is only a beta, some notification would have been nice since the interface is already there.
Now I just ditched the primary links altogether and created 3 different menu blocks (english, french and german). This works without a problem for me.
Best wishes and keep up the good work on the module,
paddes
