All day events

I know this has probably been reported/requested before, but I couldn't find a bug issue.

I'd like multiday events to not say things like that it runs from 8:00AM to 7:59AM (the next day).

So, either we could

A) have an option to not show times when an event runs more than one day

B) have an option to specify that an event is 'all day' and doesn't need a specific time.

A workaround is to set an event as repeating 3 days rather than 3 days long, but then 'upcoming events' views show the same event 3 times.
