From a usability standpoint, when using Thickbox, a failed login leading the user to regular /user/login is confusing. If the login is unsuccessful, the user should be kept in the modal window until they succeed. Once they do, success can be confirmed and the modal window can dismiss itself.
Would this be difficult to integrate? With some pointers I'd be happy to take a crack at it.
thanks.

hutch commentedIt probably needs to be in an iframe, eg with
in the url.
Wether it can be made to autoclose on success I don't know, it might be possible to get jquery to do that.
