Issue Summary
I've installed and configured this module, but the result is far from what I expected. Is there a demo/screenshots to capture what the end result should look/behave like?

I tried the http://drupal.org/project/conditional_fields module after I couldn't get this working - it might be beneficial to all if you joined forces?
