This patch is the first of two aiming to add CCK support to IA. It allows admins to select any available CKK fields of the 'image' node type to be added to IA's property dialog window, where they will be displayed in a new fieldset. Please note that these fields are informational only, i.e. show the date a picture was taken, etc.

I have added a module_exists() to the form field and added an extended description text if there are no CCK fields setup yet.

Aside from that, committed to 6.x-2.x and 5.x-2.x.
