I can't delete or edit existing keys.

I don't see any mechanism for editing a key.

When I click the Delete link for a key, nothing happens.

(Reported earlier here - http://drupal.org/node/244312 - although that was the wrong place for me to report it. Sorry!)

Please see #322005: Delete link does not work when clean URLs are disabled or site not at top level of domain for the possible issue you were experiencing with deleting keys, and I'll re-title this as an ability to edit keys.
