It is a greate work, i like it. but for printing it, user has to click the "Hi-Res Fonts for printing" button.
Can i set it as default when it is loaded?

In Drupal 6.x you can specify which fonts get loaded. (note that D5 is not supported at all anymore.)

The name of the font can be a high-res font and thus accomplish what you are looking for. I think.
