Is there a way to automaticly translate the blocktitle of jump, or better, manually add the first dropdown-item, which goes through t()?

The default title for a jump block is empty, so it has to be overridden at admin/build/block/configure/jump/BLOCKNAME.

Need to provide a default, translatable block title.

The first dropdown-item idea is a feature request that would be nice to have, but it's a separate issue, so please open one if you'd like to see that.
