HS doesn't work in custom views-tpl-php only in template.php

Hi!

I'm using HS in views like exposed filter and I made a template for the view, but when I call the HS filter it doesn't work, I read another post with the same problem but I don't understand how she/he resolved, excuse me if I write this again but I have some doubts, why If I use the function phptemplate_views_filters in template.php the HS works and why in the views-tpl.php not? I need to call some javascript file in my template for get HS works?

How can I resolve this problem? I'll really apreciate your help.
