I've written some documentation for the current DRUPAL-5 API. These include the latest changes that happened yesterday:

Some more work is still needed.

This documentation will also apply to the DRUPAL-6 branch once the API has been updated there.

Any chance of user documentation? Like the fellow at http://drupal.org/node/289811 , I'm just trying to get a test confirmation message sent and received via the sms_user module, and am not sure why it's not working.
