Video Rating with Drupal?

Hi all,

I'm considering Drupal for a new venture I'm thinking of testing. I'm looking to create a site that allows users to submit videos (youtube embeded) I'd then like people to be able to rate and comment on the video's on the site. Eventually there will be contests for best video hence the need for ratings. Is there a module or combination of modules that would allow me to do this?

I saw this module for video upload: http://drupal.org/project/video_upload i really like the idea that it loads all videos to youtube under one account. Is there a way once these videos got posted to the site that users could rate and comment on the videos?
