filter0 does not work.

I have a view with 2 HS exposed filter on my frontpage.
The first Filter has only a deep of 1.
the second filter has a deep of 2.
Both filter has been set only to "force single" in the view.
I have seen in the CVS that you implemeted a detection of the deep, and now the first filter, has no javascript action, when the deep is 1.

Now the first filter has completly no action.
Only the second filter reacts. (URL/jobsuche?filter1[]=221)
