the Events book does not order the top-level items by date at all which makes it seem a bit silly. :-) We should standardize the naming convention for the top-level title for each event and make sure we put them in a good order.

I have done most of this now, however I don't seem to have sufficient permissions on 3 pages to make the changes.

I have used an ISO date to prefix each title and grouped them by year - 'YYYY-MM-DD: ' . $title

Someone with more permissions needs to change these urls:

I got sepeck to make the changes. Apparently some of the older posts were actually forum posts that we moved into the book. Any other review? otherwise this is fixed.
