Thanks for your offer. In the latest 5.x release a Dutch translation is available in the 6.x release it is not.
Please check out the Vertaling section on drupal.be. You will find there tips on translations tools, translation instructions and a word list.

What is the status of this translation? I have a 80% completed version. Do I still have to continue?
