This translation is now maintained on Drupal.org translation server. Please join the effort there. Use http://drupal.org/project/l10n_update to download translations for your site.
The Dutch translation is being maintained at Drupal's translation server. There you can download the translations for Drupal 5, 6 and 7 or use the Localization Update module to download translations.
