It sets the alt attribute info automatically, is there anything else it would need to do to be SEO friendly? If so maybe we could talk to FLIR's creator about patching the project to account for any other issues. In a few more updates to FLIR I'll update the core package used in this module and that would definitely be one that would make me do it sooner (if there indeed needs to be something changed).

I don't know if there is anything it should do to be more search engine friendly, that's why i've asked it in the first place :)

PHP / JS generate the image, but if you look in the source code, the HTML is left alone. It would be up to you to make it SEO friendly by putting titles on tags like title=$node->title. Flir does its purpose wonderfully.
