I'm not sure if this is a problem with HS or Firefox, but the parent menu opens with one click, and the children menus require a double click to be opened.

Also, the "you do not have javascript enabled" message pops up briefly, but consistently when the menu loads in Firefox 3.0.1. Both of these are on OSX, and I don't know if they appear on Windows.

Works amazing in Safari though.

I'm not aware of such a problem… and otherwise I'd have heard long ago about this. Do you have a live demo?

I'm seeing this as well. Win, FF 3.0
Child selects don't open at first click, they need to be clicked a second time. Maybe a focus issue ?

No live demo to illustrate, unfortunately. This is on an exposed views filter, FWIW.

I can confirm. Child Item must be clicked twice in a view exposed filter with force single and also with multple selects and dropbox.

Here is a life site for both
www.arbeitsplatz24.com (exposed filter, force single)
www.arbeitsplatz24.com/jobsuche (exposed filter with dropbox)

Thanks yched, the focussing was indeed the cause. For now, I just added the first browser-specific exception to the HS code, to not focus when using a mozilla-based browser. If you know a better wrok-around, please let me know :)
