I use page view with table type with some VotingAPI field.

When use field - "VotingAPI percent vote value (current user only) " in views, the value being shown are whichever is lower not the actual average of the particular users.

This also result, i think, not correct overall average value for field "VotingAPI percent vote result (average)".

If this problem exists in code, it's caused by VotingAPI's Views implementation. Unfortunately development has pretty much stopped on the Drupal 5 version of VotingAPI. Because this isn't caused by Fivestar, and this issue is more than several months old, I'm closing this. Please reopen if you have further questions on this issue.
