What's the name of that module?

I know I saw a module a while ago, and I thought it would be really useful, but now I can't find it.
Basically, what I want it to do is to send an email to a specific user if that user has not been to the site in more than a month, or to send an email if a user has not utilized certain aspects of the site, such as fill out their user profile after a set period.
Any idea what I am looking for?

Not quite.
That does part of what I want, but I thought that there was a module that did a little more, such as automatically send a friend invitation to a user after he or she has been a member for a certain period, or automatically upgrade a user's account once he or she has been a member for more than a certain period.
Did I dream this, or is there a module that can do this sort of thing?
