Try removing the last digit from the "starting record" number...

I tried 4673219 (removing the last digit) and it worked =) See attached JPG with the required configuration.

BE SURE TO MARK "Restart crawl from above starting record"!!

Sample imported record from CONSULS:

Re: your mysql errors: I found a bug in the Millennium blocks; try turning off the "Millennium Actions" block... if that doesn't fix it turn off the Milllennium Citation block.

Also, the 710 field is not importing correctly, I'll have a patch for this soon.

Oops, forgot about your MARC-taxonomy mapping problem. You should have at least one freetagging vocaublary; you do this in admin/content/taxonomy .. if you DO have a vocabulary and you still can't change the module settings to map MARC into it, please send me a screenshot of the vocabulary's configuration (somewhere like admin/content/taxonomy/edit/vocabulary/[vocabulary number] )

I turned off both Millennium blocks and added some free tags to the taxonomy. That seems to have helped. Am I missing something or did you not include a way to map the title?

Titles are mapped to node titles, not taxonomy. Why would you need them mapped into taxonomy terms?

Just updated the DEV version to cure the MySQL problem that was shown on the homepage.

You can get the tarball as soon as it updates (by tomorrow) at http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/millennium-5.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz --- just install over the old version.
