PingThis is actually quite unrelated to Ping.fm integration itself as it's just a single link that allows you to post via Ping.fm :-P .
I just committed a patch to Service Links 6.x-2.x branch that sticks the Ping This button in the Service Links as well. Seems like a good solution to save on module/code space.
