Hi!

I have almost the same problem like http://drupal.org/node/266039 . But I have Drupal 5.x. PHP 5.2.6-2 .
Anonymous users can rate, but when they update the page - it resets their rate.

Thanks, this is certainly a bug. I've fixed it with the attached patch, which you can use until the next version of Fivestar is released.
