Hey. Just wondering if there are still plans to port this module to Drupal 6.x?

I noticed the note that it will ported when Drupal 6.x is "stable". I think it is stable, but I really don't know. I have MANY impressive websites made easy in Drupal 6.x though. I like to think that they are stable.

I am looking forward to test the first development snapshot for Drupal 6.x of this module. I am ready to test it extensively.

So just curious of the plans.

Yes, I have no doubts about D6, the question is whether the Image module is working yet. Is it?

Absolutely. It is a wonderful module.

Check out an example that I have created here:

Also note that I used the Image_FUpload module rather than the Image_import sub-module (of Image) to directly place the pictures into the gallery.

Yeah, it is a very nice theme. The theme is Pixture Reloaded which is a pure CSS port of the original Pixture theme. It has loads more functionality than I used.

I don't think that there is a Pixture Reloaded version for Drupal 5, but Pixture looks very similar and it is available for Drupal 5.

im just looking into this module for my new drupal 6 based site, i really need its functionality, do you have an ETA on first version for D6? do you need help? i was prepared to start porting it myself learning from forum_access before i saw this post, im not very good in drupal but i am in php.

I've posted a 1st-shot port as 6.x-1.x-dev (give it up to 12h to be packaged and show up). The actual porting is easy — the hard part is testing Image and putting Image and IGA together again. If you'd look into this, that'd be a big help.

Hey salvis,

I installed this on a couple of websites. It seems to be working fine for me. People cannot access the image galleries unless logged into their accounts. I haven't done any exhaustive testing because I don't have anything to do it with.
