Hi there,
I stucked with the module "flashvideo", in order to make it work, i need to install the ffmpeg stuff, which i don't have a claw how to do that, but people told me that a pro will manage to do that in a few minutes, so.. 20$ will be payed for the fastest guy/girl :)
thanks!

Depending on your hosting
Depending on your hosting provider it could be between 5 minutes and 5 hours. It would be a gamble without a lot more details. Who is your host, and what package did you sign up for?
You might try using the binaries at this link, which were compiled for GoDaddy hosting...

I've heard of a couple of other pre-compiled binary packages of ffmpeg that you might be able to find with Google.
If binaries don't work, you'll need to find someone who can compile it for your specific hosting environment. For that, you'll need root access, the gcc compiler, libraries, etc. IMHO that could take a lot more than 5 minutes even for a pro.
Good luck!
Chris.

I believe you need access to
I believe you need access to your php.ini file. Some shared hosts give you access, some don't. If you find it, you need to add a line that tells php to load the ffmpeg binary. There should be some documentation around here somewhere...

Have to agree here, it can
Have to agree here, it can be a right royal pain in the butt to get working right, I would seriously consider asking your web host to do it for you, if they won't then I'd wager your 20 bucks they don't want it installed at all because of the additional resources you will suddenly be using... In which case, just find a host that does support ffmpeg out of the box, there's plenty around and some are very good.
FYI, I tried Cirtex a while back with one site (who claim to be all about ffmpeg) but it wasn't that great, not bad, just slow servers and a little too much down time for our liking.

your own php.ini
On some servers you can upload your own php.ini file to the root of your account and apply your own settings in there. I have never done it this way as a permanent fix but i have done it to test if the issue is in fact with the php.ini file then when i find it is i request my host to change it on the global php.ini file.
Heres what a quick google search returns

Might not be any use but i have come accross hosts before who say its not the php.ini settings and until you proove it you may be stuck but im sure these hosts are not very common.
Best of luck
