Wrong Site title position on Opera and IE 7 browser

Hello everybody,
I've a website with GreenNBlack theme installed; I've make some changes on Header (with my personal header..) and links color

With Firefox 3, Ephipany and Google Chrome template is ok; Unlike with IE 7 and Opera, a small Site title appear on top and left.....and on browser title appear the absolute link page....Why?

How do I solve the problem?
