Description

First feature which is missing (at least in my case) is ability to add custom fields to subscription form.
I would like to add some more fields to subscription form - i.e. customer Name, Last name, Address, etc.

The best way to create form I've seen in cforms II plugin for WordPress - you can easily construct any form you want.

Another feature which miss from this great plugin - is ability to hide it on most of the pages and show subscription form only on specific pages - only that pages, which explicitly suggest customer's to join mailing list/newsletter.

Third issue is with placing subscription form - it will be great to be able grab HTML code and then paste into specific page on the site (this will resolve previous issue too :)

One more feature - ability to set, which mailing lists will be subscribed with this specific form - I have several mail sequences , which should be sent to different users. The subscribe offer for one list is placed on one page and subscribe offer for second list - on another one. I do not wish visitors of first page be able to see another mail sets available on the site. :)

Thanks in advance.
Gaspar
